Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NSAI platform, API, and related services provided by NSAI LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including API consumers, website visitors, and Telegram bot users.
2. Description of Services
NSAI provides AI-powered threat intelligence services including: text/SMS fraud detection, URL analysis, crypto wallet risk scoring, domain monitoring (DomainWatch), file analysis, and investigation tools. Services are provided 'as is' with best-effort accuracy.
3. User Accounts
To access API services, you must register and obtain an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One API key per registered user.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer our analysis algorithms, use the service for illegal purposes, submit content designed to poison our detection models, exceed your plan's rate limits intentionally, resell API access without authorization, or attempt to extract our pattern databases.
5. Intellectual Property
NSAI's threat detection algorithms, Ukrainian scam pattern database (5,800+ patterns), trained ML models, and analysis pipeline are proprietary to NSAI LLC. API responses may be used within your application but may not be used to build a competing service.
6. Service Limitations
Our threat detection is AI-assisted and may not be 100% accurate. False positives and false negatives may occur. NSAI should be used as one layer of security, not as the sole decision-maker. We provide confidence scores to help you make informed decisions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your API key is deactivated and data is deleted per our retention policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
NSAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
