NSAI LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the noscamai.com platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

We collect information you provide directly: account data (email, API key), content submitted for analysis (text messages, URLs, wallet addresses, domains), and usage data (request logs, IP address, device type). We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to: provide and improve our threat detection services, maintain and optimize our Ukrainian scam pattern database, generate aggregate anonymized statistics, prevent abuse of our API, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized threat intelligence with security partners and law enforcement when required by Ukrainian law. Analyzed content is stored as SHA-256 hashes for deduplication — original text is not retained after analysis.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, PostgreSQL with connection pooling and row-level security, regular security audits, and strict access controls for all team members.
5. Your Rights

6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage for client-side preferences (language, theme, check history). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Analysis results are retained for 90 days for caching and improvement purposes. API logs are retained for 30 days. You may request early deletion at any time.
